What are Tiniciti's hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Thursday 3 PM - 8 PM Friday 3 PM - 11 PM Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM

How do we get to TiniCiti at 1221 Brickell Suite R 18, and where can we park?
We are located not in the 1221 Brickell high rise but behind the 1221 Brickell building, off of 13th Street.
Our facility is actually attached to the parking building of 1221 Brickell. You will enter the parking building from 13th Street and drive to Level 2 where we have reserved parking for parents dropping off and picking
up children. It is just a few feet away from the parent's entrance, which is secured and opened with your own password. You may park in these spots for up to 15 minutes totally free. Just have your parking ticket validated with the stamp located at the front desk.

Does my child need to be here all day? When can I pick up my child?
No. We do offer part time schedules for children of all ages as some stay-at-home parents may prefer a part-time schedule to give their children some education and social skills. However, we recommend that children three and above are enrolled full time, as there are important components to our educational endeavors that take place in both the morning and the afternoons which supplement each other.

Are you licensed?
Yes, Tiniciti is licensed by the Department of Children & Families and as such, is regularly monitored for compliance with the ordinance governing child care centers.

Do you run on a 12-month or 9-month calendar? Do I need to pay tuition for the entire year?
We are a ten-month program. Parents are responsible for tuition from the first day of school through August 31st of the school year. Parents who withdraw a child for an extended period of time (e.g. vacation) are still required to pay for those months. All deposits, fees and tuition are non-refundable.
We open our doors during the summer months as a summer camp program, serving children ages 3 months - five years. Summer Camp enrollment and fees are separate from the schoolyear.

How often do you clean the classrooms?
To decrease the spread of illnesses and germs, general
housekeeping chores are part of the teachers' daily routine and toys are sanitized often. A professional cleaning crew also takes care of cleaning, vacuuming and mopping on a nightly basis. They also clean rugs/carpets and wax the floors as needed.

How often do the children go on field trips?
Field trips can enhance the curriculum and children's learning experiences. The teachers will arrange several field trips throughout the year, guided by the appropriateness for the age, weather conditions and interests.

Do you pick up from area schools?
We have not started a pick-up service yet, but parents are welcome to bring their elementary school children after school for recreational as well homework assistance.
